Wine List

Our wine philosophy begins with stressing health and responsibility. From there our goal is to create the elements of the most unique and savory experience possible. However, we are growing to learn that the method of getting grapes from the ground into the bottle and to the table will involve vintners and wine growing practices that integrate sustainability. We need to consider the impact of producing wine on our environment.<!–mep-nl–><!–mep-nl–>We cook with seasonal, fresh ingredients, and stress local and sustainable farming. We believe this must also apply to eco-friendly and sustainable wine making. As we evolve we have to consider water use, wasteful energy, unhealthy soil practices, and the impact on the air and other natural resources. We stock and list outstanding wines that are compatible with our food.<!–mep-nl–><!–mep-nl–>Our staff has a commanding knowledge of wine and food and a deep respect for the essential importance of wine in the Maison Blanche dining experience. They are expert guides for you to select a wine of flavor, balance and compatibility.<!–mep-nl–><!–mep-nl–><code style=’display: none;’><!– Begin Cleaned-Up HTML Snippet –>
<h2 style=”text-align: center;”>Wine List & Regions
<!– =================== DOMESTIC WHITE WINES ================== –>
<span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Domestic White Wines
<!– ======================== CHAMPAGNE ======================== –> Champagne Billecart Salmon, Brut Reserve, $110 Billecart Salmon, Brut Blanc de Blancs, Grand Cru, $150 Billecart Salmon, Rosé, $155 Billecart Salmon, Rosé (Half), $105 Bollinger, R.D, 2008, $500 Bollinger, Special Cuvée, $130 Deutz, Brut Classic, $90 Deutz, Brut, William Deutz, 2013, $290 Drappier, Blanc de Blancs, $130 Drappier, Rosé Brut Nature, $110 Gosset, Grande Réserve, Brut, $90 Gosset, Grand Rosé, Brut, $135 Laherte Frère, Les 7, $110 Louis Roederer, Collection 244-245, $100 Louis Roederer (Half), $60 Louis Roederer, Cristal, Millésime 2012, $400 Louis Roederer, Cristal Rosé, Millésime 2013, $1100 Pol Roger, Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill, 2012, $440 Salon, Le Mesnil, Blanc de Blanc, 2012, $1350 <!– ============ Chardonnay ============ –> Chardonnay Aubert, Sonoma, 2022, $210Aubert, Eastside,Russian River valley, 2019, ,span class=”wine-price”>$210, Bergström, Sigrid, Willamette Valley, 2018, $190 Château Montelena , Napa, 2020, $125 Dumol, Chloe, Ritchie Vineyard, Russian River Valley, 2020, $110 Far Niente, Napa, 2022, $95 Hartford Court, Three Jacks Vineyard, Russian River Valley, 2019, $90 Presqu’il, Santa Barbara, 2020, $50 Ramey, Russian River Valley, 2018, $65 Sea Smoke, Santa Rita Hills, 2020, $140 Shafer, Red Shoulder Ranch, Napa, 2022, $120 <!– ============ Sauvignon Blanc ============ –> Sauvignon Blanc Cakebread Cellars, Napa, 2021, $75 Galerie Naissance, Napa, 2019, $55 St Supéry, Estate Dollar Hide, Napa, 2021, $60 Summer Dreams, Walking On Venice Beach, Sonoma, 2021, $120 <!– ============ Pinot Grigio ============ –> Pinot Grigio Elk Cove, Oregon, 2022, $50 Montinore Estate, Oregon, 2021, $45 <!– =================== FRENCH WHITE WINES =================== –>
<span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>French White Wines
<!– ============ Burgundy – Chablis ============ –> Burgundy – Chablis Chablis, Domaine Vocoret et Fils, 2020 (Half), $45 Chablis, Billaud Simon, 2020, $65 Chablis, Montrée de Tonnerre, Domaine Vocoret, 2020, $110 Chablis, 1er Cru, Vaillon, Domaine Vocoret, 2021, $80 Chablis, 1er Cru, Vau de Vey, Domaine Alice et Olivier de Moor, 2020, $190 Chablis, Grand Cru, Bougros, Roland Laventureux, 2018, $210 Chablis, Grand Cru, Les Clos, Domaine Louis Moreau, 2019, $170 Chablis, Grand Cru, Valmur, Domaine Christian Moreau, 2019, $250 <!– ============ Cotes de Beaune (selected whites) ============ –> Côtes de Beaune Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Jardin Du Calvaire, E.
